All these Weight Loss Programs are good. I personally use the Strip that Fat System. For the money you’d spend on other programs , your money may be well spent on one of these. Combine the dicipline of exercise with a plan you’ll be pleasantly surprised in a short period of time. I have been using the Strip That Fat Program and consisitantly have lost weight while incorporating exercise in my daily routine.
The key is lifestyle change not crash dieting. Crash diets just make you drop a few pounds quick and then you just gain it back. I’ve been able to consistantly lose between 2-4lbs per month if I stay diciplined. That’s going to be between 24-48 pounds in a years time. That’s the plan, as you lose you change the way you eat and exercise and you change your life for good not just for a 2-3 month period of crash dieting.
